With over 21 years of international architectural experience, I specialize exclusively in luxury villa design that seamlessly integrates contemporary sophistication with Mediterranean living. My practice creates exceptional residential properties ranging from intimate 500m² retreats to expansive 4,500m² villa complexes.
Currently Senior Partner at Feel Good Mood Ltd. Şti., and formerly Partner and Director of Design at Başaran Demircan Mimarlık, I have designed and delivered over 25 luxury villas across Bodrum, İstanbul, and internationally. My approach combines deep understanding of site-specific design with international luxury standards.
From hillside properties that embrace natural topography to waterfront villas with innovative construction techniques, each project represents a unique dialogue between architecture and landscape. Fluent in English with extensive experience in international building standards and permit processes, I provide personalized service and direct access throughout the project journey, ensuring every villa reflects the client's vision while maximizing the site's potential.

Design Office Chief Architect for The Residences & Mandarin Oriental Bodrum project. Responsible for 98 luxury villas and 116 residences with panoramic Aegean Sea views, meeting international luxury hospitality standards for AGT Gayrimenkul.

Project Manager for private luxury villa developments in Bodrum, focusing on high-end residential design and construction coordination for duplex villa projects ranging from 240-270 m².

International project management for large-scale developments including Mega Family Shopping Centre in Samara, Russia (133,000 m²) and Metropolis Shopping Centre food court fit-out in Moscow (2,700 m²). Cross-cultural coordination with international clients including IKEA and Capital Partners.
