BK House represents a sophisticated contemporary villa design featuring 950 m² of luxury living space with spa, home cinema, dual swimming pools, and outdoor jacuzzi. The modern architectural language integrates natural materials to create a timeless Mediterranean aesthetic.

The design creates a sophisticated dialogue between contemporary form and traditional Mediterranean materials, featuring clean geometric lines softened by natural stone and warm wood details that complement Bodrum's coastal environment.

Outdoor spaces flow seamlessly from interior living areas, with multiple levels of terracing that respond to the natural topography while maximizing sea views and creating diverse entertainment zones for year-round luxury living.
